Kathryn Carroll, Secretary

Kathryn Carroll is an accessibility and inclusion consultant. Currently, she focuses on providing training and resources to cultural institutions seeking to increase access for persons with disabilities. She has an extensive background in inclusive human rights, and experience working in employment discrimination law. Beginning in 2010, she worked for BlueLaw International, LLP, providing help to clients including the United States National Council on Disability, the United States Agency for International Development, the University of Ireland – Galway, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, One Billion Strong, and more. In law school, she enjoyed working for the St. Vincent dePaul Legal Program’s Child Advocacy Clinic and interning for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in the offices of Commissioner Chai Feldblum. Kathryn received her law degree from St. John’s University and her B.A. in International Studies from American University. She was recently admitted to the New York bar.
